AC blowing warm, could it be... 200

I noticed today when upgrading my headlight bulbs, that there were stickers on the ac area and on the rad support that stated the AC had been retrofitted to the newer AC. That was in 1995. Is it safe to assume that I just need to get a recharge or freon or what not?
