Rough Idle, Whacky RPM Needle, & Front End Noise 700 1986

I have a couple problems with my brick and I was wondering if anyone could help.

Problem# 1, for some reason, when the car is idling (mostly while waiting at stop lights) the RPM needle jumps around wildly. I don't believe that it's effecting anything because the engine doesn't rev or anything like that, but has anyone experienced this? Also, it seems to work properly at all other times.

Problem# 2, recently I've noticed front end noise when applying the brakes. The noise is a thumping sound, as if something is if something heavy is moved slightly around or shifted. Any ideas what it could be?

Problem# 3, recently my car has been idling rough at stop lights.
The car is a little louder when idling and vibrates a little, especially off of a cold start. Could the IAC need adjustment or cleaning? Could it be the injectors?
