What's this loud squeel I'm hearing??? 900 1991

Hi everyone,
I just returned home to my wife saying the car is making a loud squealing sound when she starts it up. I thought it was the belts but they're all tight and soap did nothing. Seems to go away as soon as you get on the accelerater pedal a litlle but sometimes returns at idle. What elst couldit be? turbo? Timing belt.
