Oil Pressure regulator

I recently installed a different B230F in my 740. Before putting it in I took off the pan and cleaned the oil intake screens and the pan. When I put it in the oil pressure was eratic, from 0-85 lbs, and finally settled out at 85 all the time. I have been driving it for about a month, at 85LBS, yes, I have a guage, and the rear oil seal is leaking. It is my beleif that the regulator spring and plunger on the oil pump is stuck in the full pressure position. Since I have to remove the engine to change the seal I would like to install a new spring and plunger in the oil pump, it obviously works fine as a pump. The dealer can no longer get these parts and they do not seem to be listed on any of the web sites. Do any of you know where they can be purchased? The car is an 85 745, non turbo. Thank you.
