Fuel ECU and Fuel Pump Relay Replacement 200

I've been having some intermittant stalling with no immediate restart problems with my 1993 240. After some diagnostics and a good cleaning of the connectors, wrining, etc. on the computer, we (my mechanic and i) have narrowed it down to the fuel pump relay or the fuel computer.

My question is how hard is it to change the ECU. Is it basically unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one or is there more to it?

I found the ECU, but where is the Fuel Pump Relay (1993 240 wagon non turbo auto) and is it hard to replace?

Any suggestions on where to get these used or discount parts online or in Tennessee?

Thanks!!
