Did it last week had a Clifford alarm was not a problem! Disconnect battery first thing wait 15 min for airbag system to disarm and start cutting.Follow wires from siren this will lead you to alarm system mine was under knee bolster drivers side. From there take out any wires and resplice if needed lazy installers tend to use 3m blue crimps to splice into existing wiring just unlock tab and open pull wires straight up from connector if original wire does not look like to many strands were broken just tape wire to prevent any shorting out to frame if wire is damaged cut and use a good butt splice. Just a note if you don't allready know alarm will go off if trunk or hood is open or pin switches on them are damaged.Go ahead and do it the piece of mind is well worth it just don't go hanging on wiring when you are seperating good from bad.
