Full beam mystery - beats me :o( 900 1991

OK this 940 SE - can`t get full beam up on it at all.
I spent some time swapping the relays under the ashtray with working ones from my 740, although the Haynes manual notes that some lighting relays aren`t movable, they`re part of the circuit-board(?).

So.....

Firstly, I don`t know which relay operates full beam. Can anyone ID it for me please?

Second - could this possibly be a problem with the stalk switch not working? Does anyone have an idea how I could check this fairly easily? It seeems to work positively enough, so I really don`t see it being a problem, but you never know.

The problem also seems to be with the Fog lights - the rear ones don`t work, nor do the front ones, nor do the driving lights at the front (ie, not the side lights, the "other" set integral with the front light cluster)
All other lights work fine.

`Fraid it officially beats the shit out of me :o) any takers?
