Front caliper movement 700 1990

Greetings,

On my 90 745ti with ABS I can move the front left brake caliper side to side. It feels as though the caliper is not holding the pads firmly enough when the brakes are not applied. Is this the the guide pin wear that is described in the FAQ's? Any insight is appreciated.
