AMSOIL 0-30W - What Paul said!

Second it all.

I've changed many cars to AMSOIL with over 100K on them, some with over 200K.
I do recommend using a good engine flush before changing, because it will clean out the accumulated sludge/varnish left in there by non-synthetic.

If you don't, or won't, flush, then plan to change the oil filter after a couple of thousand miles--and you might want to drop the first batch of oil after 5-6,000 miles.

I run my turbos (2Saab, 1 Volvo) on the 0W-30 (since about 1996) and change the oil every year/10K, with filter change at 6 months (if I remember).
