70 144 bule smoke 140-160

My 70 144s w/ a weber converson tends to blow light blue smoke. It only does this when I'm on the freeway at speed when I let off the gas pedal and then get back on it. It also tends to do it under deceleration. The car sat for about 2 years befor I got it. It has 112000 miles. The head was rebuilt a few year back befor I got it. Any Ideas?
