some probs and questions 900 1991

Well not really problems just questions. oh its a 1991 940 turbo sedan
When driving the steering wheel shakes rally bad soem times. Any ideas When accelerating it some times get stuck in 3rd and wont go into 4th for a little but then finally goes and kinda jults the car??
What are the largest wheel tire combo i can fit on my car. I am planning to put ipd lowering springs on later so keep that in mind.
Once the lowering springs are on i want to put bilstiens on will they be effected by the lowering springs?
I have an automatic tranny 4 speed right now but i want a manual would it be possible to put a manual tranny in it?
Has any one seen kits where u can put colored pieces over the black body molding to make it look like the car is one color?
Does any one know of a seat company who makes 4 pt. harness seats to fit my car.
