oil filter for 84 diesel 240

the diesel has an estimated 170000 kms. it has a little black
smoke during start up and also some under load. fuel lines and injectors
were flushed and cleaned by our local dealer after three years of inactivity.
dealer suggested us to get the injection pump retimed but still thinking
about it. recent works include new glow plugs, new power steering bracket and prior to inactive status new timing and injection belt. it seems to run ok though i like to avoid long hills. i'm guessing there's not too many out
there. i'm always checking out the 200's as they go by. how's yours and others
out there?
