I found some white powdery particles under the seat yesterday. To my surprise, my driver's side seat was broken from underneath. Believe it or not, both sides of the seat supporting frame were so "sharp" that the left side actually cut through the frabric and was rubbing against the foam. It should not take that much of common sense to design a seat, or maybe 168 lbs are just too much for volvo.
