234F Balance Shaft Seal Change

At the moment, I am changing timing and balance shaft belts on my 16-valve engine. When I opened the timing cover, I found some oil leakage from left balance shaft. Is anyone can tell me, do I need to take balance shaft out to change the worn seal, or I can do it on the engine and should I have special tool fo that?
Genuine seal is too expensive and I am looking for aftermarket one, what size and number of balance shaft seal is?

Thanks ACA
