update on problem 200 1985

Definitely do what the other folks have suggested. Fuse 5 and 7 are for the fuel pumps. However, fuse 13 is the fuse that provides switched power to the fuel pump relay. Be sure that fuse is clean and not corroded. I usually replace the fuses if they are any more than about 4 years old. Cheap insurance.
