240 wagon vs. 940 wagon

I will be replacing our 765TI wagon soon. We are going to get a wagon (of course a Volvo) but are undecide as to a 240 wagon or a 940 wagon (I am done with the turbos as daily drivers). Both the 940 and 240 have their pluses and minuses but I wanted to see what your opinions are. Oh yeah the reason I am not considering a 740 is 'cause we want at least a 93, what was the dif between the '92 740 and '92 940 anyway?
