240 wagon vs. 940 wagon

Having just moved from our (t)rusty old '85 245 to a pair of '95 945's, I've got to admit my longstanding admiration for the utilitarian 240 series is waning. The only advantages I see left for the 245's are parts availability, simpler to work on, a slightly lighter curb weight to get you off the line faster and (IMHO) a more useable cargo area. The 945's are certainly more luxurious, handle better, are definitely more rust proof and likely quite a bit more reliable. Check back with me again in 10 years for confirmation.
