Isidor soaked my floor !!! 200 1991

After all of the rainfall from Isidor (or Isido' as we call it here in the south) I noticed the '91 245 passenger side floorboard was soaked. All the drains are working fine but I did notice that the windshield (replacement) is not sealed properly at the top corner of the passenger side windshield. There is a noticeable gap. I'm thinking this is the source but if anybody knows of something else that might be causing it please let me know. What is the most common culprit?
