M47 Reverse gear doesn't sync 200 1989

It only takes a tiny bit of friction either from the clutch dragging or the pilot bearing dragging, to cause that problem. If you wait for fifteen seconds, does the situation change? (In other words can you shift into reverse then?)

I think it's a clutch or pilot bearing issue more than anything else. Just my opinion but the trans only spins when it's delivered power.
