Just to let anyone interested I fixed the heater/ac control panel bulb. This exact area is not cover in the 700/900 FAQ. Just use a flat blade screw driver to loosen the long plastic cover over the heater controls. Be sure to pull it to the right away from the ignition switch and hardest pull out is at the two switches (rear defrost/heated mirrors and sunroof). There is a little tab that goes closest to the ignition side. Pull it straight out and it might break the tab. Then just take the 4 screws out of the heater/ac control unit and pull it out of the dash. In the back on top there is hole where the light bulb assembly twists into place. In my case it just came out of the hole and needed to be put back in. Replace of the bulb would be easy.
