Brake fade- 89 760-T 700 1989

Couple questions for you 7-series gurus:

My 89 760-T is having a problem with the brakes (ABS) When you stop, especially on a down hill, the car stops but while I'm holding the pedal down- it slowly continues toward the floor until either I pump them again or the pedal gets really stiff like the power assist is off. There is no fluid loss from the reservoir and the pads aren't making any noise. What's going on? Pads low? Air in the line? (If so- which wheel should I be bleeding them from?)

Also- car having trouble starting in the morning- have to keep the pedal slightly down to keep going for about 2 minutes then fine. I'm guessing it's just the idle- tachs at just under 1. Where is the idle adjustment on this damn thing? (I occasionally miss the simplicity of the 2-series!)

All help much appreciated!
