Happy to see your product featured in my IPD catalog. Hope that it does well. Interested to read about some of the steps that need to be taken when developing a new product. (Your post seemed more "factual" and informative than "opinions" to me, plus many more people seem to be active on this forum.

Would like to see a cupholder for the early 240's, my 1980 does not have the little shelf under the air vents that one 240 cup holder relies on to support it. I have to wedge a small drink in the front of the door pocket, sort of OK, unless I want/need to crank the window up or down!
