Wet Carpet, Isador/Lilli or condensor drain?? 200 1992

Well, Houston dodged the bullet, again. Lili went elsewhere. I think there was a Houston TV news person in every town that Lili visited - at least that's what is looked like. Local ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox all had people over there.

The a/c drain hose is sneaky. If you found it and squeezed it, that's a temporary fix. Better to remove it entirely and wash it clean. There's more glop in there, believe me.

Also, note that the bottom end has a sort of flapper deal to keep stuff and creatures out. Trim off about 1/4 inch, so it doesn't close as tightly. Volvos are designed for the average humidity of Sweden, not this airborne swamp we sometimes have. The hose is easy to get back on if you smear the inside with a few drops of ATF.

BTW - that rubber thing around the windshield trim isn't the seal. If it's not tight all around, don't worry. The seal is between the body metal and the glass itself.

Good Luck,

Bob
