limited slip differential 200 1989

Hi everybody

I have a 1989 245 with manual (M47) 5 speed transmission.
Engine is a B230F with 115 hp. Now I would like to install a limited slip differential. My question is, how difficult would it be to install the slip diff and which one may I use without any problems?
Moreover, which electronic improvements should be carried out in order to fit the new slip diff? Is it perhaps possible to take one out of a volvo 940?

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you in advance and lots of greetings -- M.P.
