740 Turbo engine 'drumming' noise at speed

1) Exhaust leak at the manifold. 4 cheap gaskets, hours of pain and suffering to replace unless this car's been upgraded already to the (somehwat easier) Mitsubishi turbo. Recommendation for anyone removing exhaust manifold nuts that are rusted on: don't try! Split the nuts with a chisel and you will avoid snapping exhaust studs.

2) Low oil. Don't let this continue or you'll have a smoked turbo on yotr hands. Sure it's not the warning light for the windshield washer? Those blink on when braking a lot.
