Engine Tuning Options 700 1990

I can honestly say that removing the converter(s) is more of a noise maker than a power adder.... On my other car i had the converter removed, and that was all that it seemed.. it just got louder... (I didn't remove it intentionally, it fell off and i couldn't afford to replace it at the time)... now the car currently has a high-flow catco covnerter from summitracing and it passes the emissions test in about 30sec (the fastest you could pass it) and ther is no noticeable power difference, and it is slightly quieter.. not to mention my exhaust doesn't smell nasty at an idle.. (however i do hate that sulfur smell from converters when people really rhomp on it)
