radio removal procedures from upper dash ? 200 1993

I'm a new owner to a 1993 245 with the stock radio in the upper dash. I want to replace the radio/cassette with a new head unit capable of hard-wire controlling a CD changer.

I can't see any obvious way to start removing the radio. I don't want to just start experimenting and try and pry plastic panels and break something. I bought the Bentley 240 manual, to have handy if I ever need to repair anything, but also hoping it had a radio removal procedure, but it only describes this for the lower mounted units on older 240's. I've run searches on this site for how to remove the radio, and get snippets where folks descibed the last steps that were hanging someone up, but not the whole procedure.

Is there a FAQ with complete steps ? Or can anyone answer this for me ?
