r-sport gauge cluster mounting 200 1979

I have a R-sport rally gauge cluster that I plan on installing in my 1979 GT. How is this supposed to mount in the dash board? The stock cluster has something like two screws on the bottom and two clips on the top that hold it in the dash. The rally cluster doesn't have any provisions for this hardware, only two studs on the back on the left and right sides which don't align with any possible connection points on the dash. Thanks for any advice.
