95 940 central locking relay?

I can only tell you where it is on the 700 series, nearest the shifter, and in the center. It is about 1 inch by 2.5 inches, and yours should have a stepped side (the early ones were rectangular without a step in one side). The locking motors are DC motors, and the locking relay powers them for about a second. Polarity is reversed by the relay between locking and unlocking.

The relay has two coils, and they are grounded out through the driver's door switch. There are three wires to the switch, two hots, and one ground back to the chassis.
