Intake adjustment 200 1992

Hey Guys,
Today I was just playing around with my car and I moved the intake. It originaly sat infront of the radiator. To my satisfaction I could move it out and take it off. So I took it off, and fliped it upside down. So now its opening is right behind one of the openings of my front spoiler. the opening has a cureve like so... \ and that was facing towards the radiator, so now it faces the front and hopefully will get a better feed of air. Do you think that this will become a potential problem? I think it might with the rainy season coming up, but it's nothing hard to change. Thanks a lot.
