How do I unclog the evaporator core? 200

Well I hoped that cleaning the drain hose from the bottom of the evaporator
core would stop the water leak. Before reinstalling the seat, carpets, sheet metal, etc. I gave the car a test drive and the leak is still there. The hose itself is clean and the portion under the car has been cut back by the previous owner nearly flush with the firewall. Is there a way to flush the evaporator core pan without removing the glove box, etc.
Thanks again from a rookie.
