bank of warning lights on 200 1983

I have a 1983 244 turbo intercooler. When the car is running on the road there are times when the bank of turbo, battery, parking brake, and brake failure lights all turn on. Oil and headlight lights are not on. At some point they turn off but might come on again. And they are not on full force, but rather, are somewhat dim. Any ideas on what the cause of this is and whether it is serious?

Many thanks, love this forum and read it all the time.
