Replace sunroof headliner on 88 740 GLE 700 1988

I have read the 700/900 FAQ and it references a Volvo TSB on this topic. I went to Alldata but could not locate a TSB. Anyone have the specific number, the procedure described, or any other suggestions on how this is done? I can release the 2 clips when the roof is in the 'vent' position but what happens next? The roof headliner itself is in great shape, it's just the sunroof headliner that is in bad shape. TIA.
