Exhaust manifold replacement 145E 1972 140-160 1972

I recently salvaged a exhaust manifold from a yard, it came out of the same model and year (even colour!) volvo as mine. It is an exact fit. Besides getting new gaskets, is there anything else I should know about this procedure? How to clean/prep the new manifold. How about that intake manifold.? I'll have to remove it too, yet I don't want to mess up any of the electrics or injectors, etc. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I assume its the backwards procedure of taking both manifolds off. Walk me through it if you can.

cheers,
samuel
