camber recommendation 200 1987

My Bentley manual gives camber for 240 as 1/4 to 1 degree. Am I correct to assume this is positive camber? The front end seems fairly tight, I replaced the passenger side inner tie rod end which had play. I have Bilsteins which are fairly new. Any advice appreciated, I am trying to get rid of a slight shimmy at 65 mph & I suspect wheel balance but want to eliminate camber/toe-in as suspects. THe car is an '87 245.
