I am scared of Tailgate Wiring 200 1983

I am scared of lots of things, but most of them are bigger than my sister. Fear not the tailgate harness.

The struts unpin at the end. No sweat. You can undo the hinges one at a time if you like, and that isn't scary at all. I used crimp splices. Added some wire inside the tailgate and pulled the good bendy stuff up through the hinges, then spliced them inside. Wash your hands before you pull out the headliner, use a towel or a blanket or something to protect the paint, and use lots of sealing goo when you reset the hinges.

Probably less scary than your daily commute, or even an evening at the opera.
