how difficult to swap a 230FT into a plain jane 740 230F? 700

Yeah, I know I'm crazy, but has anyone made their non-turbo'ed 740 230F into a turbo version? What parts are needed to swap turbo parts onto your non turbo brick? Has anyone done this?

I already know it is cheaper to just buy a turbo car, but I'd like to know anyways.
