1983 240 manual trans stalling out 200 1983

Gentlemen,

While I was driving home last night the RPM went down to zero but the dash lights didn't come on. I pressed the clutch and they lit up and the engine
stalled out. While still rolloing I tried to restart with no luck, so I pressed the clutch in and let it out and it started up. It did this 2 more times on my way home. My thoughts are the hall sensor, or the fuel relays (2 on this year).
If it is the hall sensor, would the car be able to start right up after it stalled out? Please advise, thanks.
