(960)Did anyone install a loop in power steering line to eliminate chattering? 900 1995

I saw a TSB that gave a procedure to install a loop of rubber tubing in the power steering fluid line (apparently in the cooling loop). This is supposed to help reduce the "chattering" sometimes experienced while driving at low speeds on rough surfaces when turning the steering wheel. My 1995 965 has these symptoms and I suppose that the noise could be called "chattering". The car also shakes a little when this happens. Anyway, has anyone experienced this "chattering" and had this modification made? What were the results?

Thank you,
Steve in NC
