Need some help with replacing the wheel bearing 200 1990

Hi all,

I have access to a Haynes manual, and will try to use it as a 2nd reference, but I want to hear it from the Board on how to replace the front wheel bearings. I did a search here, but came up with some garble. Do I need to replace the inner and outer races also? I was told by FCP Groton that this comes as part of the kit?? Do I need any special tools?? Suggestions on what not to do are also welcome.

Thanks for all the help....
