Fuel Injection 140-160

I just bought this 1971 142, the previous owner had installed a 1975 B20 and the 1975 K-jet fuel injection system. Fortunently he did not remove the orignal wiring harness, and kept all the D-jet parts. I was wondering which of the two systems is best. I am leaning toward the D-jet, becuse I am more fimilar with that system. One other thing, can the 1975 electronic distriburetor be used with the D-jet system?
