Trailer Arm Bushing - Labor Estimate? 200 1989

Can someone give me an estimate, labor-wise, that a Volvo mechanic would take to swap out one (passenger-side rear) trailer arm bushing?

I'm a bit confused with the labor estimate. A local Volvo dealership quoted me 2.5 hours to do it, saying that the spring would need to be taken out, etc., which I find absurd. $75/hr x 2.5 + part cost.... ~$300.

I had the other trailing-arm bushing replaced by an indepedent Volvo mechanic, and he did the entire job for $75, back in 2000. And the bushing did need to be "pressed" in.

Unless we are both completely talking about separate bushings, this obviously can't be right. The Volvo dealer/technician said that the bushing was slipping offcenter a little bit (?), but it's not excessively worn out, and perhaps it should be replaced in about 6 months or so.
