head porting 120-130

You can pretty much feel with your finger what it needs. Any humps that
stick up into the gas flow, or places that are extremely rough are things
to remedy. Be sure and check each port from both directions, don't take out
too much. Be sure and do the porting before the valve job!!
Also look and see how the manifolds mate up with the ports in the head.
Any offset here is a problem.
I think the E or F heads probably have big enough valves and adequate valve
springs. The VV71 cam is pretty docile with normal timing (AKA IPD street perf)
but does wind up pretty well also, like when you need to get out of harm's way.
Talk to Cameron or Shayne and see if they will give you a deal on the cam,
lifters and pushrods. (I won't ever use OEM lifters again!!)

¡Buena suerte!
