Above your left knee, when your sitting in the drivers seat, its usually green, sometimes black, sometimes red, about 1"x2" x2". Also check fuses 5, 7, 13.

Most "virgin" volvo's have it neatly clipped in place, all of mine I leave hanging down, as it seems i'm always having problems with them.

Do a search for "no start" or "fuel pump relay" in the archives, lots of good info.
