1990 240 wagon with 188K?

My wife and I replaced our 91 240 sedan (that was wrecked) with a 95 940. Before the accident we were in the process of replacing our 765TI with something more manageable. I ran across a very (note very) good deal on a 1990 240 wagon. The only problem is the mileage. It looks like it was well cared for and there are no obvious problems (It'll get the once over from me when I get another chance to look at it). Is buying a car with this many miles a death sentance? Our old 91 240 had about 135K on it and is was a rock! What should I look out for?
Thanks
