Shade tree stud puller? 200 1982

Rob (and others),

I need to replace a front wheel stud that has, indeed, been stripped by some gorilla with an impact wrench.

I know you can use a lug nut and washers to "press" the new one in, but I'm not sure how to get the old one out--I'd rather not pound it out with a BFH and risk messing up the hub.

Anybody know what kind of puller (or other means) can be used to get 240 studs out?

Thanks!

Dave S.
