AW71 to M46 Transmission Swap 200 1983

I know this is a tired subject but I am new to the "Old Volvo" hobby and I am about to take on the familiar auto to manual tranny swap. I have been able to get bits and pieces of the process and parts needed, however, I was wondering if anyone has a comprehensive printed resource that outlines the whole process including all parts needed and helpfull tips? I am going to hire someone to do this for me and I would like to be able to supply the directions along with the parts so the job will go smoothly. Also, anyone have an estimate of the approximate time this would take in a pro's shop with all the necessary lifts and tools? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jim
