Turbo Oil Return O-Ring Seal

I am having a puzzling time obtaining the correct turbo oil return o-ring seal for my kid's 940T. The original seal was fried and leaking; the replacement was a thick, flat brown silicone seal that had to be stretched onto the pipe. This tore after two months and leaked; it was obviously not the right size. Now my local dealer has given me a green seal that again had to be stre-e-etched onto the pipe; it can't be the correct diameter. I almost tore it putting it on. Plus it has a different wall thickness and height. What gives here? Has anyone else had this problem? I thought the block end of the turbo oil return was the same across all B230FTs.
