Tough deal on the 1985 B230F. There's a yard on W. 34th, that had a gang of Volvos, from 1983 242T to 1993 940T, and things in between including many 740's.
I have bought a bazillion things there over my years of Volvo ownership. It is not a pick and pull. They have some remarkably efficient Spanish-speaking pullers (pulladors?) who make some wages doing the pulling. 713-682-8623, ask for Sam.

Surely there is one that has the engine you want.
