Bucking bronco 200

MY 1986 240, m46, 232,000 miles started to buck like crazy. Stops as I give it gas, but at the next stop sign, it bucks again and wants to stall, when starting from a stop, especially when cold. As I'm a novice mechanic,I'm looking for confirmation on things to check.

Things I have done recently.
1. Cleaned throttle body, idle became erratic. Tryed to reset it per Bentley. My idle is now around 850 and drops away to 500 in neutral and bounces back to 850.
2. Removed and cleaned idle air control, no change.
3. Changed cap and rotor, and wires.
4. Checked for leaks on air intake, and injectors.
5. Inspected and replaced wire harness from alternator to under intake to firewall.
6.Resoldered fuel pump relay, inspected and spun fuses.

Things I'm considering.
1. Replace fuel filter.
2. Test fuel pumps, check grounds, and fuel output.
3. Replace fuel pressure regulator with one from wife's live donor car.
4. Check and /or replace temp. sensor to computer.

Any thoughts, suggestions, and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
